Homo Tyrannicus is Left Hand Cuts off the Right's second release for Blackpool experimental label Must Die Records. The album brings together three years of recordings for zither, percussion, electronics and melodica as well as field recordings of machinery, farm animals and English winter weather.

The works are dedications to experiences with mental health, human-animal interactions and the artist's time in rural France, northern England and the canals of London.
